Emmeco.com "Simple Hassle-Free Return Policy"

Items shipped from Emmeco.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt should they be deemed defective or damaged in shipping.  Item(s) must be returned in their orignal packaging.  Emmeco does not provide demo or trial units that can be returned by customer for total or partial remimbursement.

Customer can return unopened box. 

After 30 days the product usually falls under the manufacturer warranty.

Emmeco.com will either return, replace or refund the item(s) depending on the customer’s request "without any hassle and free of charge".*

Refurbished products are not returnable unless noted otherwise.

Electronic Items purchased from Emmeco.com

 All products are subject to Hassle-Free returns, meaning you will have to send us an email regarding your return or file a simple RMA and await a shipping label to be uploaded to your customer account.

Emmeco.com will not accept items which its serial numbers does not match the original shipped (excluded items stated below)

 Hazardous Materials

Hazardous materials, including flammable such as Ink & toners are not returnable to Emmeco.com.
Contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information.


Returns for televisions shipped without Enhanced Delivery should be in new and unopened condition.
To return a television shipped with Enhanced Delivery, the item should be in like-new condition. When the carrier comes to pick up the television, they will bring their own packaging materials. For more information on Enhanced Delivery.

 Computers (laptops & desktops)

New desktop, laptops or tablets purchased from Emmeco.com that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Emmeco.com may test computers that are returned because they didn't start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.

Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
